A More Perfect Bill

BTW, there are Obama’s own comments on the Omnibus bill “I am signing an imperfect omnibus bill because it is necessary for the ongoing functions of government,” Mr. Obama said in remarks at the White House. “But I also view this as a departure point for more far-reaching change.”

There is no reason to sign an imperfect bill, there is a right for the President to Veto any bill that crosses his desk until a “more perfect” bill may come across.
